What to expect
Trek into Elephant Valley Project’s protected forest with an English-speaking guide and observe retired working elephants expressing natural behavior. Learn each elephant’s history, the sanctuary’s welfare work and the Indigenous Bunong community’s role in protecting elephants and forest habitat. There are no rides, tricks, shows, feeding or swimming.
The Quick Trip departs Sen Monorom at 7:30 AM and returns at 2:00 PM, Sunday to Friday. It includes round-trip transport, a 3–4 km guided forest hike, buffet lunch and water refills. The current foreign-adult price is US$60 including VAT; Cambodian national residents pay US$30. Advance booking, travel insurance and a reusable water bottle are required.
