What to expect
Begin with an introduction to Cambodia’s landmine and unexploded-ordnance history, then visit a mock control point and minefield for a live demonstration by APOPO’s trained African giant pouched rats. The final section includes an opportunity to meet a HeroRAT, watch a short impact film, and explore the landmine and UXO display, café and shop.
The visitor center is open daily from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the last tour starting at 4:30 PM. Tours last 45–60 minutes and cost US$10 per person; children under 10 enter free. The first 35–40 minutes are outdoors, free chilled water is available, and advance online booking is recommended.
