Overview: A relaxed south-coast itinerary based in Kampot and Kep, designed around short transfers and weather-dependent outdoor time.

Day 1: Arrive in Kampot, walk the riverfront and old town, and take an evening river trip with an operator that follows wildlife-friendly lighting practices.

Day 2: Visit Bokor National Park early for cooler conditions, viewpoints and selected historic sites. Cloud, rain and roadworks can affect visibility; keep the afternoon flexible for a café, museum or salt-field visit.

Day 3: Tour a certified Kampot pepper farm that explains cultivation and geographical-indication standards. Continue to Kep for the crab market, a short national-park walk and sunset by the coast.

Day 4: Choose a weather-dependent boat trip to Koh Tonsay (Rabbit Island), or stay on the mainland for caves and countryside around Kampong Trach. Return with ample time for onward transport.

Practical planning: Boat trips depend on sea conditions. Confirm park access and farm visits in advance, use reef-safe sun protection, carry cash outside towns, and never buy wildlife products.
